The tables serve as reference for advanced users who need more information on
MicroMODEL's program sequence and input/output files. The table numbers correspond to the module
sequence. The first time a file name is encountered, the type and format of the file is listed in parenthesis (ty fm) according to
the following codes:

da = Data bn = Binary
db = Database
pg = Polygon
pl = Plot
pr = Print
re = Response
sm = System Management
tp = Temporary
ud = User Defined; Name Given is PolyMap Default
File Format (fm)
as = ASCII (plain text)
bn = Binary
fa = ASCII facet file (ParaView)
Since almost every MicroMODEL program requires the main project control
file, PROJINFO.DAT, this file generally is not listed as an input or output
file, except with the program that actually creates it or modifies it.
